We are looking for Senior Accounts and Finance Executive
Job Descriptions:
• Responsible for the Accounting - Digital division.
• Accountable for the full spectrum of the accounting, audit, tax and Company secretarial functions and accounting, audit, tax and Company secretarial - related matters as well as corporate and statutory compliance / activities under the Digital division.
• Plan, Organize, Lead and Control the Accounts and Company secretarial (Digital division) and all aspects of accounting, audit, and tax and Company secretarial support to the Manufacturing Section. This will include but is not limited, to core areas such as statutory reporting, corporate governance, management reporting, tax and treasury matters, risk management, Company secretarial matters and any related business initiatives, budgeting, forecasting.
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers and relevant authorities.
• Ensures that all accounting, audit, tax and Company secretarial activities (Digital Section) are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
Job Requirements:
• Possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite especially MS Excel.
• Well verse in Auto Accounting Software or equivalent.
• Experience in managing/handling full set of accounts and conversant in taxation and accounting standard.
• Independent, mature, resourceful and meticulous.
• Proactive, willing to take up challenges and able to work under pressure to meet reporting deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Good command in written and spoken English.
• Salary range from RM 3,500.00 above.
• Working hours 8.00AM to 5.00PM (Monday to Friday)
• Preferable Chinese Candidate
