Supervisor Needed

Income  : RM 2,000 - RM 2,200 (epf, socso, allowances)

Descriptions of job

Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision

Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks

Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching

Training or ensuring that workers are properly trained for their specific roles

Identifying and resolving workplace problems, including tardiness or absenteeism

Providing reports and activity updates to management (Daily sales reporting, buying & purchasing & payments from petty cash transactions) as well as updating mainly stocks

*Experience required in related field prefer men's applicants (Women's are encourage to apply)
